Creator Terms & Conditions
The commitments you make when you apply to become a creator on Dangvivu. These apply in addition to the general Terms of Use.
Last updated October 11, 2026
Agreement
By ticking "I agree" and submitting an application to become a creator, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to all of these terms, together with Dangvivu's general Terms of Use. We record when you agreed and which version of these terms you agreed to.
If you do not agree, please do not apply. You can still use Dangvivu to read, comment, like and follow.
Review
We review every application before you can publish. Whether to approve or reject an application is at Dangvivu's discretion. If your application is rejected, your account keeps working as a reader, and you may apply again.
Approval does not mean we have checked or vouch for anything you will publish. Creator access can be withdrawn at any time if you breach these terms.
You are fully responsible for your content
You are fully responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and copyright of everything you publish: posts, photos, videos, maps, links and accompanying information.
You confirm that you are the author of your content, or that you hold every right and permission needed to publish it, including for photos taken by other people and images of identifiable people.
Complying with Vietnamese law
Your content must comply with the law of Vietnam. In particular, do not publish:
- Maps, images or descriptions that misrepresent Vietnam's sovereignty, sovereign rights and jurisdiction, including over the Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelagos
- False, distorted or alarming information
- Fraudulent content, including advertising tours, services or promotions that do not exist
- Content that insults individuals, organisations, ethnic groups or religions
- Any other content prohibited by law
Accurate, honest travel information
Readers rely on your posts to plan, to spend money, and sometimes to make decisions about their safety. You confirm that information such as prices, opening hours, routes, weather conditions and safety is correct to the best of your knowledge when you publish, and you say so when it may have changed.
If a post is sponsored or paid for, or you received a free service in order to write it, you must say so clearly in the post.
If you write about a business you own or manage — a hotel, homestay, restaurant, attraction or tour — you must say so in the post. Do not post fake reviews, award your own business scores, or disparage other businesses by comparison.
Breaches
If you breach these terms, we may, depending on the seriousness and without notice: remove the content, withdraw your creator access, suspend your account, or permanently delete your account.
Where a breach appears to be unlawful, we may provide relevant information to the competent authorities as required by law.
Legal responsibility
You are personally responsible before the law for the content you publish. Dangvivu is a platform that hosts and displays content; we are not its author and are not responsible for content published by creators.
You agree to indemnify and defend Dangvivu against any claim, damage, cost or liability arising from your content or from your breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a change is significant, we will tell creators before it takes effect. Continuing to publish after that date means you accept the new version.
