Terms of service

The rules for using Dangvivu, and our commitment about what you publish.

Last updated October 4, 2026

The agreement

By using Dangvivu you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You need an account to follow, save, comment or publish. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account.

One account is one person. A creator profile is not a separate kind of account — it is something added to the one you already have.

What you publish stays yours

You keep full copyright in what you write, photograph and publish on Dangvivu. We do not own your work and we do not sell it.

By publishing, you grant us the right to display, store and distribute that work as part of running the platform — showing your post on a destination page, in search results, in the preview when somebody shares the link. The grant is non-exclusive: you are free to publish the same work elsewhere.

When you unpublish or delete a post, we stop showing it. Copies already saved by search engines or readers are outside our control.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish, including photographs taken by somebody else.

What is not allowed

Do not publish content on Dangvivu that is:

  • Spam or disguised advertising
  • Harassing, threatening or a personal attack
  • Sexual
  • Violent
  • Misinformation likely to cause harm
  • In breach of somebody else's copyright

These are the same reasons you see when you use the report button in the product.

Moderation

We may unpublish a post, hide a comment, or suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Every one of those actions is reversible, deliberately: a post is unpublished rather than deleted, a comment is hidden rather than removed, and a suspended account keeps everything it published. Each moderation action is recorded with who took it and when.

If you think a decision was wrong, write to us.

Copyright complaints

If your work has been published here without permission, write to the legal address on the contact page with enough detail for us to identify the post and your claim.

We will review it and reply. Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are suspended.

Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your account by writing to us.

We will tell you what happens to the posts, comments and follows attached to it before we act, because public content is connected to other people and deletion is not always as simple as disappearing.

The service

We try to keep Dangvivu running reliably but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or withdraw features, and will give notice when a change affects what you have published.

Limits

Content on Dangvivu is written by its users. We do not verify the accuracy of each post, and we are not responsible for travel decisions you make based on what you read here.

Check anything that matters — prices, opening hours, road conditions, entry requirements — against an official source.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with it. For significant changes we will tell account holders.
