Dangvivu

Write about travel in Vietnam, where your writing stays

Whether you write about your travels or welcome travellers to where you live, Dangvivu makes posts easy to write, keeps them all in one place, and gives each a clean link to share. Your writing stays on the Đà Lạt, Hội An or Hà Giang page — where travellers are looking.

Free. Non-exclusive. You keep the copyright.

Who are you?

Travel writers and creators

Bloggers, photographers, video makers, or anyone who likes to tell a trip. Write once, in Vietnamese and English, and the post lives on its destination page instead of leaving the feed after two days.

Hotels, attractions, restaurants, tours

Nobody knows the place you welcome guests to better than you do. Tell the story a booking site has no room for — the road, the food, the best season — right where travellers are planning.

Good writing should not disappear after two days

You write a careful post about three days in Hà Giang, or about the homestay you built by the rice terraces. It gets shared, liked, and then sinks. Two days later nobody can find it again, including you.

The person who needs it most — someone planning Hà Giang next month — does not follow you yet, and will never see it.

Dangvivu organises writing by place rather than by time. Your post sits on the Hà Giang page, and whoever looks up Hà Giang will find it — next week, or next year.

Write, manage and share in one place

Easy to write

A focused editor: headings, paragraphs, lists, quotes, captioned photos placed right in the text, and video embedded from YouTube or Vimeo. Drafts save themselves as you type, so nothing is lost.

Every post in one place

Your studio sorts posts into drafts, published and unpublished, with a count for each. Edit, unpublish or delete in one click, and a public profile gathers everything you have written.

One clean link to share

Every post has a permanent address under your name that does not change once published. Paste it into Facebook, Zalo or Messenger and the cover, title and summary show up straight away. Copy the link right from your studio.

Where travellers are looking

Every post belongs to a destination and topic tags, and appears on that destination's page and in search. The technical work for Google — sitemaps, hreflang, structured data — is done.

Write once, in two languages

One post carries both Vietnamese and English, with one link, one comment thread, one like count — not two separate posts.

Know what gets read

Views, likes and new followers over 7, 30 or 90 days, your most-read posts, and a notification when someone follows, likes or comments.

Bilingual is not translated

Write in Vietnamese. When you want to, add English to the same post.

English readers see the English; Vietnamese readers see the Vietnamese. Likes, comments and shared links all gather in one place instead of splitting in two.

A post with no translation yet is marked as such, never machine-translated — and for a post about your own business, a machine translation is the last thing you want a guest to read.

What your analytics page shows

This is the real interface, built from the same component the analytics page uses. The figures below are an example.

Counting is designed not to need to know who a reader is: each view is stored under a hash that changes daily, no IP address is kept, and each person counts once per post per day.

Who it is for

  • People who write, photograph or film travel in Vietnam, wherever they are
  • Hotels, resorts, homestays and guesthouses
  • Tourist sites, attractions, museums and craft villages
  • Restaurants, local specialities and cafés with a story
  • Tour operators, experiences and outdoor activities

Not a fit yet if you need income now, a booking channel, or only want to post price lists and promotions. Dangvivu is not a booking site, and readers come here to learn about places, not to see adverts.

If you write about your own business

Readers trust Dangvivu because what they read is honest. Keeping it that way is in your interest too.

  • Say who you are: state in the post that you own or manage the business. The Creator Terms & Conditions require it.
  • Keep information accurate: prices, opening hours, facilities, directions — correct when you publish, and marked when they may change.
  • Use real photos of the place, not edited until guests would not recognise it.
  • No fake reviews, no self-awarded scores, no disparaging comparisons with others.
  • Tell a story, not a sales pitch: the best posts are about the place around you — the road, the food, the best season — with your business in it.

Every application is reviewed before you can publish, and posts that break the rules can be taken down. Creator Terms & Conditions

Questions worth asking first

Will I earn anything, or get more bookings?

Not yet, not in any way we can promise. There is no revenue split, no paid subscription, no affiliate programme and no booking button, and we cannot measure who read a post and booked elsewhere. You can link to your website or social pages from your profile.

How many readers are there?

Not many. The platform is new. You will not inherit an audience, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something. What you get is a place on a destination page while it still has few posts, and the time for yours to be found there.

Why is there a review and verification?

Because readers need to know a writer is a real person, and that a post about a hotel was written by that hotel, not by someone pretending. You give your details and turn on two-factor authentication; we review your application. Once it is approved, you verify your phone and can publish — and you can write drafts in the meantime. Your personal details are visible only to you and our administrators.

Can I upload video?

You can embed from YouTube or Vimeo, anywhere inside a post. Uploading directly is not possible yet — it needs video infrastructure we have not built.

Do I have to publish exclusively here?

No. Republish on your blog, your website, Facebook, anywhere. The licence you grant us is non-exclusive.

Who owns the posts and photos I publish?

You do. The copyright stays yours entirely. We hold only the right to display and distribute it as part of running the platform. That is in the terms, not a promise in marketing copy.

Does it cost anything?

No. Applying, publishing and analytics are all free.
